HelpAlong Pty Ltd is seeking compassionate individuals to join us as Disability Support Workers/AIN. As an integral member of our team, you will empower individuals with disabilities to lead fulfilling lives and achieve their goals.

Essential Criteria:
- Minimum Certificate III in Disability or similar
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience working with participants with PEG feeding and manual handling supports.
- PEG feeding training certificate
- Aged care experience an advantage
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate
- Cleared NDIS Screening Check (yellow card)
- Cleared Working with Children Check (blue card)
- Current driver licence and own vehicle
- Confirmation of your right to work in Australia
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with participants, and families.
- Flexibility to adapt to the unique needs and preferences of each participant.
- Knowledge of person-cantered approaches and a commitment to upholding the rights and dignity of individuals with disabilities.
