As a Support Worker with Elite Care Nursing Agency, your role encompasses various responsibilities.
Assistance with personal care and daily living tasks, including food preparation and light household duties such as laundry. Supporting clients in fulfilling their daily routines, which may involve school runs, attending appointments, and running errands.
Community Access, assisting clients in engaging with their community. Understanding clients' preferences to offer suggestions and enhance their experiences.
Prospective employees must possess or have the ability to obtain a current NDIS worker screening card, Working with Children Card, as well as First Aid and CPR certifications. Certificates in Individual/Disability Support, evidence of ongoing study or completion, and prior experience in the industry.
