CFC is a unique Hobbie farm, that believes when people are having fun, they are in the best mindset to learn. We incorporate animal therapy, gardening and mini farm tasks into everyday life, as well as always looking for outside the box methods to develop skills, grow independence and ready children for adulthood...but while still allowing children to be children.
Qualifications & experience
- min 2 years' experience in similar role. Certificate or above qualifications highly regarded
Tasks & responsibilities
- Supporting child with all aspects of life including (not limited to) Daily routines - implementing positive behavior plans - reporting and recording on progress, outcomes and goals, working with therapy teams to develop and grow independence - keep person safe while having a full and meaningful life
