Community Services: Casual and Permanent Part-time (Minimum 50hrs/fortnight)
Participants typically are involved in life skills development and social interactions through activities such as cooking, shopping, swimming, fishing, and horse riding. As a Day Programs Support Worker, your key responsibilities include providing personal care, and encouragement and involvement of the participant in community activities and life skills development.
This position requires availability Monday to Saturday between 7:30 am and 4:30 pm.
Residential Services: Permanent Part-time (100hrs/month)
Our Accommodation Services offer individuals supported independent living arrangements, comprehensively supporting people to lead fulfilling lives through inclusivity, choice, and control. Experience with personal care and challenging behaviors is desirable. You will be supporting 2 mature male participants.
We are looking for shift workers who can work a four-week rotating roster, including active nights and weekends.
You can work across both services based on your availability and preference.

- Confidence in using technical platforms to complete shift notes, incident reporting, and electronic timesheets.
- Ability to work in partnership with participants and their support networks.
- Dedication and proven success in delivering person-centred support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.
- Current Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.

For this position, the casual hourly rate is between $40.26 - $43.93 (inclusive of casual loading) and the part-time hourly rate is between $32.21 - $35.14, to be negotiated based on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
