Scope’s purpose is to create meaningful opportunities for people with disability to belong and thrive. We support people with physical, intellectual and multiple disabilities and developmental delays to achieve their goals Scope is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services including supported independent living, short-term accommodation (respite), Social Connections (day program) and therapy across 100 locations in Victoria.

- Permanent Part Time Disability Support Worker / Team Leader
- This role will be working across 2x Social Connections Day Centers located in San Remo and Pakenham
- Total of 53 hours per fortnight (30 hours as Team Leader and 23 hours as DSW)

- Provide positive guidance and feedback to others for work performed including co-workers, volunteers and students
- Work effectively in a team and within a leadership role
- Provide assistance as required to the Service Coordinator, including but not limited to accounts payable/receivable, rostering and client management system maintaining customer information and general administrative support

We act bravely
To be successful in this role you must have or be willing to obtain:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee)
- Current Level 1 First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Valid Australian Working Rights and an International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten years
