What Support is being provided :
Participant is a 62 year old male who has sustained a Spinal Cord Injury.AST
- Assistance with personal care tasks
- Use of mobility equipment
- Light domestic assistance
Shift Times
Shift times available are:
Mon-Sun: 07:00 - 09:00
Mon-Sun: 19:00 - 21:00
Requirements
- Current references
- Mobile phone
- Current drivers licence and reliable vehicle - essential
- NDIS Worker’s Clearance or willing to obtain
