To be eligible to work for us, you must have the following requirements.

• Clearances allowed: 
• NDIS Worker Check (Valid 5yrs) 
• Certificate III in Individual Support
• Provide First Aid HLTAID003 or HLTAID004 or HLTAID011. (face to face)
• Manual Handling – in relation caring for people in the community. (face to face)
• A Driver’s License and your own clean and road worthy car.
• Excellent communication - Must understand and speak fluent English, written and verbal.
• Accurate record keeping skills.
• 2 work-related referees.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Physically fit for the tasks.
• Ability to work autonomously and make good decisions.
• Good time management.
• Current Visa (we do not Sponsor)
