The OpportunityWe have an opportunity for an organised and motivated individual to provide administrative support to the Disaster Recovery Section and assist in the delivery of Council recovery projects.
As Disaster Recovery Administration Officer, you will assist in Disaster Recovery, policy and procedure development and approval process compliance. You will assist in the preparation of various mandatory reports and plans as well as record Infrastructure and Services information using appropriate systems including CRM's.

About YouWe are seeking an individual who holds a Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent level qualification in a related discipline and has two (2) years' work experience in administration or other relevant work experience (indicative).
You will have the following skills and experience;
- Working knowledge of computer software applications including Microsoft Office, Content Manager (or other records management system).
- Good written and verbal communication skills including the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders and ability to maintain confidentiality where necessary.
- Proven experience delivering prompt high level customer service in Disaster Recovery.
This is a fixed term, full time position working 35 hours per week.
The total remuneration package for this position commences at $77,835.68 gross per annum, comprising of:
- $1348.50per week base salary
- $148.34 per week superannuation (calculated at 11%)
- Allowances for the position available per week
