Primary role is to provide support to the Dispatch team by handling administrative tasks and ensuring smooth outbound order processing
You should have a good solid work history in the relevant area, have your own vehicle. Key skills that are need but not limited.
- Administration and customer service support to Dispatch team to ensure outbound orders and transported in accordance with schedule.
- Enter orders into system.
- Respond to dispatch queries.
- Compile a previous day tonnage report.
- Update orders to reflect the previous day delivery including driver details and product changes.
- Supporting the Dispatch Planning Manager and Dispatch Planning Coordinator
