Supply Chain Administrator

We are seeking a Supply Chain Administrator to join our expanding team on a full or part time basis to assist in managing the flow of goods from us to our customers, in a cost effective and timely manner.

This role is remote - we welcome applications from all areas. 

If you are successful in obtaining this role, you will be:

• Planning and coordinating the logistics of procurement, production, and distribution of goods.
• Identifying opportunities to optimize the Supply Chain and reduce costs by improving processes and procedures.
• Analysing data and metrics to identify trends and develop strategies to improve the Supply Chain.
• Collaborating with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure that products are delivered on time and at the right price.
• Negotiating contracts with suppliers to ensure that the organization receives the best possible value.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the Supply Chain, including suppliers, vendors, and logistics providers.
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements related to the Supply Chain.
• Managing inventory levels and forecasting demand to ensure that the organization has the right products on hand when they are needed.
• Providing guidance and support to other teams within the organization on matters related to the Supply Chain.
• Admin across all platforms used by customers. 

Requirements

The successful candidate will:

• Have a bachelor degree in Business, Logistics or a related field.
• Have proven track record of working in Supply Chain.
• Is passionate about making a difference in people’s lives by bringing them alternative, more holistic medications.
• Experience within the medicinal cannabis industry is highly desirable
• Driven, organised and self motivated. 
• Flexible to attend meetings with suppliers early morning/evenings.
