The Role:
In brand-new, state of the art offices based in Mulgrave we are looking for a personal, experienced, multiskilled Administrator/ Office Manager, that will wear a number of different hats. The role will involve managing the office, coordinating travel/events, answering customer service calls, supporting the Supply Chain Manager with admin and customer tasks, dealing with inquiries and concerns received by phone, e-mail, and social media. Other responsibilities include supporting the local office, office set up and other corporate administrative tasks. Technical aptitude, in-depth product knowledge, and a desire to support the team and deliver best in class customer service are important to be successful in this role. As the team role this role will evolve and develop with new and exciting responsibilities.
To be considered for this exciting role, you will possess the following:
- Ideally 3 years' customer service experience
- Experience in supporting Supply chain function
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to listen patiently and remain calm in demanding situations.
- Team player with a dynamic ‘can do’ attitude and ability to work well with peers and management.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn new tasks quickly, retain information, and handle multiple demands.
- Solid problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Working knowledge of computer systems, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Be able to demonstrate experience of using internet applications and social media platforms.
- Quick and accurate data entry skills.
