Dispatch Manager

THE ROLE

As a Dispatch Manager, you will oversee our transport logistics and dispatch operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating the dispatch of products to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Managing a team of dispatch officers and factory hands.
• Conducting quality control checks on incoming and outgoing materials.
• Overseeing inventory levels and tracking shipments.
• Utilising your forklift expertise to handle materials and assist with warehouse duties.
• Collaborating with team members to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.

REQUIREMENTS

To excel in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Proven experience as a Dispatch Manager, preferably within the steel industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Possession of a valid forklift license (Desirable).
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Flexibility to work from 7 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

PAY

• $40/hour
