Alfresco Emporium is an Australian specialty retailer of lifestyle and dining products. We have physical stores in Collaroy NSW and Bundall QLD and a strong Online Store that caters to customers workdwide, offering a range of high-quality products to enhance their homes.
We are looking for an experienced Online Dispatch Manager to join our team on a full time basis. The role is responsible for the overall supervision of the Online Dispatch operations and team. The role requires organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Key responsibilities are:
- hanging the dispatch of online orders, ensuring orders are dispatched accurately and efficiently
- coordinating with warehouse staff to ensure timely picking, packing and shipping of orders.
- Working closely with customer care to address any order related issues
- Maintaining accurate records of orders, shipments and inventory levels
- Implementation and maintenance of dispatch processes to improve overall operational efficiency.
In order to be successful in obtaining the role you will have:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software. Experience in CIN7, Shopify and Shopify will be highly regarded.
- Understanding of WHS practices
