A leading supplier of commerical grade project lighting is seeking a Dispatch, Pick and Pack Officer. No prior experience is necessary, however we do need someone who is reliable and can commit to the role Full Time.
Job Responsibilities:
- Picking and Packing of goods to satisfy incoming orders and dispatch of goods
- Booking of couriers for pickup of orders
- Answering telephones (shared responsibility with the team). Low call volumes.
- Warehouse duties such as assembly of light fittings, stocktake where required
- General admin work on an ad-hoc basis
- Other duties where required to assist when busy.
Ideal skills and competencies include:.
- good communication skills
- Attention to detail is required
- Friendly manner
- Dressed presentably
- Planning and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently yet also in a team based environment
- Basic IT skills in MS word and excel.
- Full Drivers License is highly preferable but not necessary.
