We take great pride in what we do, and we are looking for a talented and detail oriented individual to join our expanding operation as a Dispatch / Warehouse Assistant
Position overview:
As manufacturing and wholesale distributor, you will play a crucial role in operations of our Warehouse. You will be responsible for both outwards and inwards goods, stock control in addition to providing administrative support in dispatch and to our Warehouse Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support in dispatch to prioritise orders and ensure couriers are booked on time or before cutoff.
- Work diligently to ensure products meet quality standards, orders are packed and dispatched on time.
- Preparing invoices and delivery dockets
- Preparation of orders for dispatch.
- Maintain accurate records of stock transactions, including receipts, transfers, and withdrawals.
- Identify and address discrepancies in stock records and take corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to optimise stock levels and prevent stockouts.
Qualifications and experience:
- Must have permanent work rights in Australia with no restrictions.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in a dispatch and/or logistics roles
- Experience preparing/sending invoices and delivery dockets
- Proven experience in a warehouse role with an ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- A forklift license, or a willingness to obtain one is a bonus
