We are seeking an experienced Retail Pharmacy Manager, Dispensary Manager or a Senior Pharmacy Technician to help contribute to achieving our vision of being industry leaders in providing health care solutions all. Immediate start available.
This opportunity is a permanent full-time position working 38 hours per week.
Please note: This is a NON patient facing pharmacy, that is dedicated to Client interactions.
About you:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Pharmacy (Hospital or Community).
- Qualifications:
- Certificate III in Hospital or Community Pharmacy (or equivalent qualification).
- Certificate IV in Hospital or Community Pharmacy (or willing to complete).
- Demonstrates:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate in a professional and timely manner to clients and staff.
- A high level of organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and KPIs.
- Experience in managing a small to medium team, including conflict resolution, supervision, coordination, and a high level of leadership, especially in operations.
- Well-developed knowledge and skills in initiating, leading and accomplishing complex projects, aiming to improve quality and service.
- Experience with managing rosters and timesheets.
- A high level of computer literacy and experience with using dispensing software, excel, word, emails, etc.
- Experience managing P&Ls and budgets (or willingness to learn).
