We are looking for a Managing Pharmacist working 5 days a week who thrives on engaging with every customer, to offer holistic health solutions to create a difference in our customers health outcomes and build relationships in our community.
We are a pharmacy that specializes in Medicinal Cannabis. We are located in Bentleigh. We are looking for a passionate and friendly pharmacist to join our team. The role would be for full-time work.
- Degree qualified to work as a Pharmacist in Australia with a current AHPRA registration.
- Reliable and lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service
- Professional services driven
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- Flexibility to work extra shifts to cover annual leave etc
- Results-oriented to achieve Sales and KPI targets and inspire the team to achieve these
- Strong attention to detail with problem-solving focus
- Highly organised and self motivated with strong time management and planning skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate, influence, develop and maintain effective and productive relationships with team members and customers
- Strong team player ready to roll up your sleeves to support and lead the team to meet and exceed goals
You will be working with a team of pharmacists to provide support not only to the doctors in the attached clinic but also to provide support to patients moving onto medicinal cannabis.
