Are you an experienced Dispense Technician looking for a part-time role in a supportive and customer-focused environment? We have the perfect opportunity for you at our bustling pharmacy in Epping, 18 kms north of Melbourne's CBD.
Client & Location Information: Situated in the family-friendly suburb of Epping, known for its spacious backyards, excellent sporting facilities, and convenient access to healthcare and shopping. Our pharmacy is an integral part of the community, serving as an out-of-hours pharmacy for the local hospital.
Job Specification: We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Dispense Technician to join our experienced team of pharmacy assistants and Dispensary Technicians. Your responsibilities will include:
- Dispensing scripts and Webster packing.
- Assisting with claims and managing stock.
- Providing exceptional customer service.
Skills Required:
- Previous experience in an Australian community pharmacy.
- S2 and S3 certificates.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Pay Details:
- $27-$30 per hour, negotiable depending on experience.
Other Information:
- Computer System: Minfos Dispense packing.
- Script Volume: 260-290 scripts during weekdays, 200 on Saturdays, and 200 on Sundays.
- Shop Hours: Monday to Wednesday 8 AM to 8 PM; Thursday to Friday 8 AM to 9 PM; weekends 8 AM to 6 PM.
- Work Hours: 2-3 days per week.
- Staffing: Always a sole pharmacist on duty, supported by 2-3 Dispense Technicians and 4 floor staff, plus a retail manager.
- Methadone/ORT/CPOP: Yes, serving 50 patients a week.
- DAA/Packs: 100 per day.
