About the position:
We are seeking a casual Pharmacy Assistant or Dispensary Technician who can support our team of Pharmacists alike on a Monday specifically, with the potential to pick up more shifts. This role is an integral part of the Pharmacy team working closely with our Pharmacists to deliver a customer experience that consistently exceeds our customers’ expectations. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to undertake a Dispensary Technician course to assist in further developing their career in Pharmacy.
The successful candidate will have excellent customer service experience, in order to carry out the following responsibilities:
Main responsibilities:
- Ensuring that customers are served in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Assist with packing responsibilities and visual merchandising.
- Assisting the team with general day-to-day duties on the upkeep of the store.
- Replenishing stock and setting up displays.
- Assisting customers with their health needs and queries.

In addition to the above, our ideal candidate will also possess:
- Ensure that customers are served in a professional and welcoming manner;
- Assist the team with general day-today duties on the upkeep of the store;
- Assist customers with their needs and queries; and
- Replenish stock and set up displays;
- Previous pharmacy and/or dispensary experience (preferred);
- A S2/S3 Certificate in Community Pharmacy or related (preferred);
- An ability to work as part of a team, as well as work independently;
- Capacity to assign priority to responsibilities and to meet time constraints;
- Exemplary customer service skills;
- Proven decision-making and problem-solving skills;
- Strong communication skills and a high attention to detail;
