Form of workWe are looking for experienced and qualified Dispensary Technicians to join our team, on a permanent, part-time basis.
This role will be a temporary, part-time role to cover Maternity Leave. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working 15 hours per week, with chosen days being Tuesday and Saturday.
Job tasks and responsibilities:
- Assisting the Pharmacist with the dispensing and checking of medication
- Management of NHS claim processing
- Remain up to date with PBS legislative requirements impacting the pharmacy/dispensary
- Ordering of dispensary stock and demonstrate knowledge and understanding of loss prevention
- Continually promote the store's loyalty program to all customers
- From time to time assist in other areas of the pharmacy
- Previous dispensing experience with a high volume of scripts, using FRED
- Webster packing and MPS System experience
- Certificate III in Community Pharmacy
- Sound understanding of S2, S3 and S4 medications
- Strong attention to detail
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized and methodical
