We are looking for an experienced Dispensary Technician to join our team at Hooper Centre Pharmacy. You will become part of our friendly team, involved in providing a great customer experience, quality healthcare services and focusing on achieving the best health outcomes for our customers.
The Role & Responsibilities:
- Provide a high standard of service to our customers
- Accurately dispense and supply medication and other pharmacy products
- Assisting the Pharmacist, dispensing high volume of scripts
- Ensure scripts and duplicates are managed appropriately
- Assist with dispensary product ordering and tidying
- Assist customers with general enquiries and product recommendations
- Assist the pharmacy team with any general duties
- Maintain and replenish stock

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous dispensing experience - S2/S3 certificate and dispensary experience essential.
- Cert 2, 3 or 4 in Pharmacy is highly regarded
- A genuine passion for customer service
- Well presented with good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and methodical in your approach
- Proven ability to deal sensitively with customers' needs
- A positive and supportive member of the team
