- Regional DC Administrator at Myer Eastern Creek Distribution Centre
- Full time: 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Myer Distribution Centre team members play the important role of making sure Myer products are safely and efficiently moved where they need to be, to our stores and customers.
The key focus of the DC Administrator is to support the Management team with tasks including financial reporting, invoicing and compliance reporting and audits for SWP, audits etc. Lead the administration support and work closely with the management team to continuously identify improvement opportunities and initiatives.
What will you need to succeed?
- 3-5 years' experience in an administrative/financial reporting role
- Previous experience leading annual reporting cycles for a large business or similar
- Accounts payable & or receivable/invoicing experience
- Intermediate computer skills including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Analytical, literacy and numeracy skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- A positive, customer-centric and 'can-do' attitude
- Hands on approach to work across the broader DC teams as required
- Supply chain knowledge
