At St Joseph’s OSHC you’ll be a part of a dedicated team, where we are enthusiastic and energetic educators who are passionate about supporting children to grow and learn in a play-based environment. We strongly believe that we support everyone in being responsible, respectful and safe in their environments; as we are a part of a small community and looking for team members that would fit right in.

The Archdiocese of Brisbane has standards of conduct for employees and volunteers to maintain a safe and healthy environment. Our commitment to these standards requires that we conduct backgrounds referencing for all persons who will engage in direct and regular involvement with children, young people and/or vulnerable adults.

Key Responsibilities Would be:
- Program and plan experiences for our children (At St Joseph’s OSHC, as whole team we program and plan experiences for our children with support and mentoring from our education leader and coordinators).
- Actively engaging supervision with children at before/after school care and vacation care.
- Ensuring to create a safe and inclusive environment for all children and staff that attend St Joseph’s.
- Having a current Queensland blue card is essential (Working with children check)
- Experience or working towards a certificate III or ACECQA approved is preferred
