ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, this is a true opportunity to grow the the national and global client base for product distribution by creating and executing short and long-term sales plans and strategies that meet the company’s objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Leading the Distribution Team locally and internationally, you will utilise your proven sales expertise to deliver the following –
- Full Responsibility for Sales Growth and Profitability
- Identify and Execute on Process Improvements
- Drive Marketing and Business Development Activities
- Develop the Team to be truly Customer Focused
- Grow and manage the local and global distribution network
- Identify and sign up new local and global partnerships
- Identify and convert new industry or market opportunities
- Lead high value and strategic client negotiations
- Identify, coordinate, and attend industry events and trade shows
- Build and lead a team of sales professionals to acquire new clients and consistently meet revenue goals
- Recruit, manage, mentor and motivate the team
- Develop, implement, and manage an effective “Partner program”
- Engage Product team to onboard and upskill all partners
- HVAC, Controls or Allied Industry Experience
- Strong Commercial Acumen
- Sales and Operations Management skills
- Key Account Management
- Contract Management and Negotiation
- Exceptional Communication Skills
- Stakeholder Management internally and externally
