About the role
A new and challenging opportunity exists for a Registered Nurse to join our District Nursing department in a casual capacity or for a fixed term appointment of 36 weeks. We offer a positive, supportive and collaborative workplace culture with a family friendly approach. Initiative, excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a clear sense of boundaries are part of the qualifications we require. High level of clinical experience and a passion for working with people in the community is integral for this position.
You will be an experienced Registered or Endorsed Enrolled Nurse Level 3.
The successful candidate will have a commitment to person centred care, the ability to work independently and have extensive experience with wound care, palliative care and general team nursing. In addition, you will be a highly motivated and experienced nurse who will work effectively in multidisciplinary teams to provide clinical services to WDHS consumers.
You will bring:
