Job description:
The Opportunity
A great opportunity is available for an E-commerce Specialist to join our team in a permanent role. This is a wonderful opportunity for a commercial and digital savvy person to step into. The role will work within a rapidly evolving and growing channel with our major omnichannel retailers, Pureplay retailers and emerging digitally enabled channels.
The Accountabilities
- eCategory Management - Manage, interrogate and report on trends and performance. Make recommendations to account, brand and category teams based on data-led insights.
- Digital Shelf Management - Support the optimisation and automation of Arnott's Group digital touchpoints on retailer online stores and help Arnott's to take control of the digital journey through the 5 P's - Perfect page, Placement, Price, Promotions and Product
- Customer Activation - Collaborate with customer teams and brand owners to develop successful online activation plans across key retailers. Support the execution of new product launches, always-on merchandising and integration between brand and retailer path-to-purchase.
- Product Experience Management - Management of digital product assets - producing content for online retail environments, maintaining standards in accordance with retailer website capabilities, and seek ways to innovate to improve the digital path-to-purchase.
- Non-Grocery Channels Support - Collaborate with brand and customer teams for analysing & report PowerBI platform, category & range review support and drive innovations.
The Ingredients for Success
Just like you can't make a Tim Tam without chocolate, there are a few essential ingredients we need for this role:
- Have a background in account management and commercial operations.
- 2 years' experience in an e-Commerce role previously
- You will have analytical and creative mindset and a positive can-do attitude.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Have the confidence to build relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
