Banyule is seeking a Diversity and Inclusion Consultant to join our organisation to provide high-level project management and operations to oversee the implementation and embedding of Banyule’s Workforce Diversity and Inclusion Strategy and Gender Equality Action Plan.

As the Diversity and Inclusion Consultant you will bring exceptional personal communication skills and knowledge of diversity and inclusion principles, programs and best practice to the role. You will share our values of respect, integrity, responsibility, initiative and inclusion.
You will have:
- Degree or diploma in the broad fields relevant to diversity and inclusion and gender equity work
- Experience in gender equity field and/or social services and/or organisational development
- Effective planning, high-level administration and project management skills
- Experience in the development and implementation of a range of programs within designated timeframes
- Experience in organisational change management initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Ability to educate and advocate on social disadvantage and other diversity and access issues
- COVID 19 vaccination certificate
