The Wellbeing & Inclusion Officer is part of a team supporting the delivery of welfare and wellbeing services and programs to a diverse community of RMIT students.As the Wellbeing & Inclusion Officer, you will support the Equitable Learning Services team, which supports and creates opportunities for students with a disability, long-term illness and/or mental health condition. Being part of a team, you may be required to provide additional administrative support for other wellbeing services at RMIT on occasion.To be successful in this position, you will have as a minimum:Is passionate and motivated to deliver high-quality administrative support and customer service.Has a high level of emotional intelligence, with proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships as a flexible team member, committed to achieving team goals.Learns quickly, relishes problem-solving and can adapt to, and accurately use and apply, new systems and procedures.Has experience providing high-level administrative support in a large and/or complex organisation, working with accuracy and attention to detail.Demonstrates a commitment to diversity, inclusion and reconciliation.Please Note: Appointment to this position is subject to passing a Working with Children and National Police Check.About the PortfolioThe Education Portfolio is headed by the Deputy Vice-Chancellor Education and Vice President who leads the planning and implementation of the University’s strategies related to RMIT’s academic programs and the RMIT student experience.
