About the Role The Access and Inclusion Officer leads the customer service staff at the Horsham branch in providing accessible and inclusive library products, services and spaces. Working in partnership with the Collections Officer and Programs and Engagement Officer, these Seniors on Duty collaborate to develop collections, services, spaces, programs and events which meet the needs of the community, each Officer contributing their specialised portfolio expertise, and mentoring customer service staff as required. About You A graduate diploma or degree in Librarianship or Information Management and eligibility for professional membership of the Australian Library and Information Association (ALIA) is desirable. Knowledge of access and inclusion principles related to public library programming spaces and collections is required.
