About the Role
The Access and Inclusion Officer leads the customer service staff at the Horsham branch in providing accessible and inclusive library products, services and spaces. Working in partnership with the Collections Officer and Programs and Engagement Officer, these Seniors on Duty collaborate to develop collections, services, spaces, programs and events which meet the needs of the community, each Officer contributing their specialised portfolio expertise, and mentoring customer service staff as required.
About You
A graduate diploma or degree in Librarianship or Information Management and eligibility for professional membership of the Australian Library and Information Association (ALIA) is desirable. Knowledge of access and inclusion principles related to public library programming spaces and collections is required.

Horsham Rural City Council is a vibrant municipality located approximately 300 kilometres north-west of Melbourne. The majority of its 19,880 residents are located in Horsham, a hub for health care, niche retail, education and schooling, community services, arts, sports and culture.
