As our new Division Manager FMCG at CROSSMARK Australia, you will ultimately accelerate & manage growth of your division, whilst leading and managing your team who deliver and drive exceptional results with our clients to run a profitable business unit. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Manage, lead and coach your division to success
- Build and execute strategic business growth plans
- Manage a team of account managers with a portfolio of corporate grocery brands
- Drive revenue and profit growth via the divisional strategy
- Increase client satisfaction through our existing client relationships and programs
- Support the capability development of the team to enable best practice
- Development of new services
- Continual improvement, including processes, reporting, internal & external relationships
- Must have demonstrated previous experience in managing key accounts and leading a team
- Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships
- Highly developed communication skills
- Highly capable in designing client strategies for mutual growth
- Ability to provide solutions to complex challenges
- Strong financial acumen for business performance
- Influential leadership and coaching
- Drive and energy to coach and motivate
- FMCG experience is essential - preferably corporate grocery (i.e. Woolworths/Coles)
