Job description

Our client, an industry leader in pumping technologies and water-treatment solutions, is searching for a Document Administrator to help ensure their organisation continues to deliver practical and innovative products.


You will assist in supporting the daily operations of the business.  Based in Bowral NSW, your responsibilities will include: 

  • Managing and preparing project documentation and forms including quotes, purchase orders, repair and maintenance order forms.
  • Translating Technician’s notes and drawings into well formatted, consistent documents and forms.
  • Reviewing and editing documents for accuracy, consistency and completeness.
  • Maintaining an efficient document management system both physical and electronic.
  • Facilitating the distribution of documents to stakeholders (Technicians, Sales Representatives, Clients).
  • Track and record document circulation to ensure accountability.
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks.
