Details: The Light Rail to Woden Project is looking for an individual with a passion for Document Management!
Under minimal supervision from the Director, Project Controls, the Document Control Officer is responsible for administering and managing the document management system for Light Rail City to Woden project.
The successful applicant will have experience in the effective control of mass information flow between project stakeholders, including ongoing reviews of a document management system and periodic auditing in line with policy and procedures.

Desirable:
- Demonstrated experience in using the Aconex document management system (or a similar information management system) to manage the progression of project information; and
- A good working knowledge of Objective (EDRMS) and Microsoft SharePoint will be an advantage.
