The Opportunity:
Icon Water has an exciting opportunity for a great team player with initiative and attention to detail to join our Quality and Records Management team. We’re searching for someone with great communication skills and an interest and passion in Document Control.
This role has primary responsibility for assisting the broader business to develop and maintain Icon Waters business process documentation.
Working with the Team Leader Quality and Records Management you will:
- Assist in the maintenance and continual improvement of Icon Water’s Integrated Management System (IMS) Library and Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure ongoing compliance with ISO 9001.
- Assist stakeholders to create/enhance existing business process documents and flowcharts for IMS library procedures and work instructions.
- Perform quality reviews and provide written and/ or verbal feedback on draft IMS documents created by business areas.
- Assist in the co-ordination of the periodic reviews of processes and procedures to ensure that they are reflective of current practice.
- Assist in compiling IMS Library related statistics for ongoing management reporting.
- Promote awareness of the IMS, including through delivery of training, presentations and guidance material.
Our ideal candidate will possess:
- Related qualifications and/or a minimum of 2+ years’ experience in information/document management and the development of business process documentation would be preferrable.
- A demonstrated understanding of technical documentation requirements for an ISO 9001 quality management system.
- An understanding of the management system requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 55001 is desirable.
- Experience working in a technical/engineering organisation would be advantageous.
- Experience in the use of Visio to document and develop business process flowcharts along with the ability to create business process documentation in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Sound knowledge in using SharePoint.
- A understanding of writing to meet regulatory requirements.
