Our client, a dynamic consortium overseeing a large engineering and construction project seeks a Project Administrator/ Document Controller to be based in Mitchell.

As a Project Administrator/ Document Controller, your role Support the project team with administration and document management, including assisting with monthly reporting, document workflows and reviews, document management, tracking project deliverables, and other administration activities as required from time to time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project deliverable registers, including document submissions and document reviews.
- Handle document submissions and document transmittals using
- Assist in producing monthly reports by compiling relevant data and information.
- Support the team with document numbering, revision control, and administration of the document control system.
- Coordinate the project scheduling and planning function in support of the project.
- Assist with contract administration requirements.
About You:
- At least 2 years of experience in the engineering or construction industries in administration, document control, or project coordination roles.
- Experience with an electronic database management system, ideally Aconex or similar, will be advantageous.
- Familiarity with design review and comment processes and workflows would be desirable.
- Competence with the MS Office suite.
- Competent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excels as a collaborative team member while also displaying independence.
- Maintains trustworthiness and adeptness in handling confidential information.
