About the Role:
We are currently seeking a Document Controllerproficient in Aconex to join our team in the Perth CBD. The role is offered on a 12-month Max Term contract with the potential to extend.
Reporting to the Document Control Manager, you will find you be responsible but not be limited to the following deliverables:
- Follow the relevant Document Control procedures for highly sophisticated projects, ensuring conformance to relevant document title pages, drawing title blocks, customer-specific requirements, etc.
- Compliance with company Document Control procedures and requirements
- Ensure a high level of document record integrity, recording and coordinating document flows in compliance with project documentation requirements and internal procedures.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally, to ensure the efficiency of information exchange and that records are appropriately captured
You will have:
- Minimum 3 years demonstrated experience in Document Control, preferably within an EPC/EPCM environment
- Strong computer skills with the Microsoft Suite and proficient knowledge of document management systems including QDMS and Aconex
- Innovative thinker with the ability to work autonomously to deadlines.
- Extremely well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to receive and follow instructions
