Core Project Advisory is seeking a passionate and driven Document Controllers to support the planning and delivery of projects within South East Queensland:
- 2 x Sunshine Coast
- 1 x Toowoomba
- 1 x Moreton Bay
We are looking for multiple document control professionals with experience in client-side construction and engineering projects. Specifically, we're looking for professionals with experience in civil, water, energy, communications, telemetry, SCADA, ports and retail building and infrastructure projects.
We are seeking expressions of interest from people with experience and skills in document control and project administration in the sectors listed above.
To be successful in these roles, you will need to be driven and passionate about the work, be able to work independently, remotely, and have previous experience working as part of a project team.
We are open to casual, part-time and full-time roles with remote working (from home or site) as an option.

- Document Management – Maintain revision accuracy for drawings, ITP’s, manuals, reports and all deliverables on behalf of the client, inclusive of design review processes and RFI reporting.
- Administration – Prepare meeting minutes, template creation, reporting and administration support to projects.
- Appropriate qualification for the role from an accredited Institution.
- Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) i.e., completed professional certification or relevant external development activities.
- Current ‘C’ class driver’s license, or above.
- Ability to work remotely including the availability of a ‘home office’.
- Ability to travel may be required with some roles.
