Document Controller

Job Description:We are now seeking an experienced Document Controller to join our team where you will be working on a high-profile dynamic project. You will also be contributing to the development and continuous improvement of document control processes and systems.As Document Controller you are an integral part of a team of document management professionals whose purpose is to enforce controlled processes and practices for the creation, review, modification, issuance, distribution, and accessibility of documents. Document Control is a crucial element to ensuring that documentation available at official points of use within our organisation is trusted by its users and contains up-to-date, reliable, checked and formally approved information.About youAlong with a positive attitude and your commitment to safe worksite practises, you will be an adaptable multitasker with excellent communication skills and have a strong focus on safety and quality.

• 5+ years of experience in a Document Control role with a track record of working on large and complex projects.
• Implement document control workflows, collate, issue and receive documents in accordance with project requirements (process, formats, timing).
• Ensure timely and quality document submissions through proactive management of the process and high attention to detail.
• Implement and maintain an efficient project document control register, database, and information system.
• Understanding of contract administration principles and project management fundamentals ideally in infrastructure delivery environment is highly desirable.
• Proficient with industry standard Document Management Systems such as InEight and Aconex will be highly regarded
