Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive system for naming conventions to ensure consistency and clarity across all project documents.
- Implement and manage a robust version control system to track changes and updates to project documents effectively.
- Maintain a thorough set of policies and procedures governing document management practices.
- Establish and maintain clear communication channels with internal teams and external stakeholders to address and resolve queries promptly.
- Manage contract revisions, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Format documents, CVs, procedures, and templates as per company standards.
- Manage and update registers to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Provide assistance in document creation under management approval.
Essential Criteria:
- Extensive experience as a Document Controller, with a background in administration.
- Comprehensive understanding of the construction sector and its documentation requirements.
- Proven track record in crafting content on SharePoint and Office 365 platforms.
- Demonstrates a high level of attention to detail, ensuring precision and accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Sound understanding of tender management, submissions, and contract revisions.
- Ability to work autonomously, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.
