About the role
We are currently seeking an experienced Document Controller to join our Malaga team in our Perth office on a permanent full-time basis. Reporting to the National Program Manager, you will perform document control and transmittal for a busy multi project organisation, playing a key part of various project delivery teams, supporting document control and management. The role will see you administer the company workflows and be responsible for making sure internal and external workflows align with both internal and external requirements and needs.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this position, we are seeking candidates who can bring the following skills and experience to the role:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with document transmittal in a busy, multi project environment
- Experience with performing document control functions within Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management (ECPM) project delivery environments is preferred
- Familiarity with document control tasks within large mining companies is advantageous
- Demonstrated experience performing document control functions for multiple projects simultaneously
- Understand and comply with workflows and contractual obligations related to the delivery of document products to the client
- Intermediate use of MS Office and Adobe Acrobat DC
- High Levels of personal organisation
- Sound interpersonal skills and ability to effectively liaise with others
