The Opportunity
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly motivated Document Controller to join our NSW & QLD Engineering team.
As an experienced Document Controller, you will work closely with our highly regarded team of engineers and designers whilst supporting our Manager of Engineering NSW & QLD. You will play a crucial role in landmark high voltage renewable projects by coordinating documentation, assisting with tenders and general support.
Partnering with our existing Document Controller, you will develop key internal and external relationships. Ensuring documents meet CPP’s document quality standards, you will maintain project filing systems and assist with project reporting.
This position is based at our South Granville, NSW office however applications from candidates based in Queensland will also be accepted.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Experience working as a Document Controller within a project, construction or engineering environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build internal and external relationships
- Experience using SharePoint, TeamBinder, SPF or similar document management systems will be highly regarded
- Exceptional time management skills, and a can-do problem solving attitude
- High attention to detail and the ability to multitask
