Job Description

The Role

AECOM is committed to a culture driven by safety, quality and continuous improvement.

Primarily the role will require a strong document and digital information management background, with excellent communication and quality control skills, an understanding of the importance of correct process, and the ability to manage varying workloads under tight time constraints.

Ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a major project environment dealing with document management.

About You

Establishing and maintaining a digital information system (e.g. Aconex, Uniphi, Project Wise, InEight - Document)
Elaborating, implementing, maintaining and updating the document control procedure and templates, to ensure that the overall document control system is functioning accordingly
Training and assisting Project Managers and project team members in aspects of document control
Ensuring guidelines and document control procedures are adhered to
Liaising and supporting project team members with document control queries
Maintaining a document naming, numbering & revision convention, and providing quality oversight of its use
Performing regular audits of the digital information system to ensure system integrity is maintained
Registering and transmitting external and internal project correspondence & documentation
Establishing and supervising document, drawing, digital modelling and digital information distribution lists, and liaising with team leads regularly to ensure lists are current
Developing and implementing document review and approval workflows
Generating reports relating to the digital information management system as required
Identifying improvements in the system and providing recommendations
All other duties as directed by the Project Manager

Qualifications

High level of proficiency working with the Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Teams and Word.

You will be a highly motivated and enthusiastic team player who is able to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines. You will have a strong customer-service focus and ability to remain agile in your approach.
