Credit Controller/Accounts Receivable Officer

Day to day responsibilities:
Produce accurate invoices on behalf of Objective ensuring appropriate revenue recognition.
Ensure recurring revenue invoices are raised and approved in a timely manner.
Receipt payments in accounting systems.
Credit control – cash collections re sales invoices and escalating potential recovery issues.
Report weekly on aged receivables.
Assisting with month-end procedures.
Assist in systems development and process improvement work.

Skills needed:
1 to 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
Experienced in using a recognised accounting system e.g. NetSuite.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
High attention to detail.
