About the role

Officeworks is seeking a talented and experienced Domain Architect for our Digital team to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our digital platform. Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on development of architectural solutions.
- Alignment with Enterprise Architecture roadmaps.
- Providing strategic recommendations for the Officeworks digital domain.
- Defining digital's Domain Architecture (business, information, integration, and application).
- Collaboration with delivery teams to ensure alignment with Domain blueprints.
Scope Dimensions:
- Translating Business Strategy into Domain Architecture.
- Leading Solution Design and Analysis.
- Orchestrating Solution Delivery.
- Facilitating and Collaborating to Deliver Business Outcomes.
About you
Minimum Requirements:
- 12+ years IT experience with software development exposure.
- 7+ years’ experience in a large complex IT environment.
- Desirable qualification in EA frameworks, preferably TOGAF.
- Any supporting certifications in agile would be desirable.
Desired:
- Experience in the understanding of various technology system environments and tools.
- Demonstrated experience within the digital domain.
- Appreciation or understanding of retail and eCommerce.
- Understanding of agile-led development methodologies.
Skills/Knowledge/Attributes:
- Broad understanding of software development/practices and online architecture.
- Business focused hands on solution design approach
- Innovative, problem solver, and lateral thinker.
- Passionate about driving continual improvement and customer experience design.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to influence outcomes and negotiate with stakeholders.
Technology Used:
- Microsoft Office suite.
- Internal systems, including SAP R1P/BW, ONet, ServiceNow, SharePoint.
- SDLC tools like JIRA, Confluence.
- Analytics products like Google, Adobe Analytics.
- Collaboration software like Microsoft Teams, Atlassian.
