- Lead the Integration Domain Architecture and strategy across the organisation to demonstrate clear frameworks, solutions and roadmaps.
- Deliver fit-for-purpose reference architecture for Integration on prem and cloud, that is pragmatic and aligned with overall business strategy and agility.
- Have deep technical understanding of all aspects of integration working in partnership with the Engineering community across key platform to build a future proof Integration Domain Architecture Strategy.
- Work with partners to build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with executive and senior leaders across the business.
- Constructively manage expectations, ensure clear prioritisation, alignment on requirements, strategy, customer experience, execution, and desired business outcomes.
- Ensure individuals & teams are aligned to overall strategy and the initiative plan, with clear performance expectations and accountabilities.
- Uses professional knowledge, experience, and technical expertise to facilitate problem solving, advise, influence and guide partners for continuous improvement.
- Substantial tennure plus senior level experience working in roles across technology, software engineering, architecture and strategic IT roles in large organisations.
- Tertiary qualifications in computer science, information systems, architecture, cyber security or other relevant subject areas, especially governance, risk and compliance qualifications
- Deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks, integration capabilities and services, demonstrated through ownership and responsibility of these capabilities, underpinned by expert knowledge of agile methodologies.
- Proven track record to lead a function with significant previous leadership experiences building, guiding, and growing strategic architecture, redefining and uplifting existing capabilities.
- Critical thinking, leadership and mentoring ability, strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills with a track record in delivering strong team experience.
