We're always looking to add to our Consulting team with a variety of roles available. We're seeking people with capability across project delivery, systems engineering and strategic consulting.

Our work is highly complex and confidential, so there are some things you must have to fulfil this role:
- Significant experience in a similar role, preferably within a Professional Services firm or the Defence industry.
- A track record of successfully managing the execution of complex client engagements, including involvement in business development activities.
- Experience in people development and leadership, highlighting the ability to mentor and lead teams effectively.
- Relevant Degree qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both in written and verbal form.
- You must hold a current NV1 security clearance or higher.
More than anything, you'll bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude and a drive to manage critical projects and programs that build sovereign capability and deliver complex things that matter.
