Your Role:
Your new role will be integral in impacting the “moments that matter” working within the People & Culture Operations team who serve as subject matter experts in HR technology, reporting & analytics, driving continuous improvement of procedures, tools & resources across the employment lifecycle. We support existing and prospective employees across the employee lifecycle, coordination of cyclical programs, updating and maintaining resources and are the front-line support on HR technology and support for all employees at NGA.
This position will combine your strong data systems skills, high level of attention to detail with your ability to collaborate with candidates, employees, and stakeholders, serving as the first point of contact for human resources enquiries.
