B1 Homes, part of the Scott Park Group is a well-established residential builder with a strong presence in WA. Building homes for first home buyers, B1 Homes is continually growing to deliver a professional service to customers and produce award winning homes, which requires a well-versed team backing our products.
Reporting to our Operations Manager, this position will see you join a tight knit drafting team and work closely with relevant departments to see clients through from pre-site through to the construction phase of their building journey. The ideal candidate will have had significant experience in all aspects of drafting with a new home builder in Australia, will have worked with single residential builds, have exceptional knowledge and a friendly, can-do attitude.
To be considered, ideally you will have the following skills and attributes:
- Experience within the residential building industry;
- Experience as a drafting lead or manager is advantageous;
- A minimum of two years’ experience in drafting;
- Comprehensive building and construction knowledge;
- High level of attention to detail required;
- Sound understanding of Local Government, developer and other statutory requirements to ensure high level of compliance with approvals process;
- ArchiCAD experience essential;
- A strong work ethic; and
- Relevant qualifications
