Liberty Healthcare is looking for a full time Driver & Equipment Installer for our Molendinar office.
Liberty Healthcare has been in business for over 20 years. Our products cover a range of Adjustable Beds, Lift Chairs, Mobility Scooters, Power Chairs, Everyday Living aids, Oxygen concentrators, Walkers & Wheelchairs and more.
Your main responsibilities includes:
- Carry out deliveries and pickups and perform In-Home demonstrations of our products
- Assist with customer sales in showrooms
- Carry out Service and Maintenance and fault finding on our products for our customers, on location or in our warehouse
- Assembly of our Adjustable Beds and Lift Chairs, in our Molendinar warehouse location
- Warehouse and logistics/dispatch operations as required
We will provide training on service, assembly and handling of all our products.
Key Skill for the role:
- Fit and able to manage deliveries of large and bulky items into customers residences
- Ability to improvise on the fly, resolve issues and create positive Customer Service experiences for our end users and clients
- Be confident on tools and able to follow assembly instructions
- Ability to build on going working relationships with our customers
Desirable Qualities:
- Experience in servicing Assisted Living Products or other relevant mechanical / electrical equipment
- Experience in sales
- Experience working with NDIS end users, package providers, people with disabilities and customers in the Mobility and Disability industry in general
Required:
- A yellow card is required but we can help you apply if you don’t have one (and pay the fee of course!)
- Due to delivery of our products to Aged Care and Retirement facilities, we require up to date Covid and Flu Vaccination shots as specified by relevant health authorities
- Open Drivers License is required
