Aspect Personnel are working with a council in Melbourne's West to recruit a Civil Maintenance Coordinator for an initial 3 month contract. You will be responsible for management, process review, contract management, scheduling, operations coordination, and road management compliance for the council's Civil Maintenance teams. Leading & managing a small works crew Contract management and procurement Performance & KPI reporting and auditing Project Management of maintenance works Site inspections & surveillance Ensuring adherence to OHS policies and practices As the ideal candidate you will have/be: A qualification in civil engineering/construction Experience /knowledge of Civil Maintenance (roads, footpaths & drainage) Experience in contract management and management of RMP compliance. Knowledge of OH&S and safe operating techniques A solid understanding of Local Government procedures, principles and legislation Ability to write and present reports to various stakeholders Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills Outstanding written and verbal communication skills If you would like to discuss this role in…
