Form of work Aspect Personnel are working with a council in Melbourne's West to recruit a Civil Maintenance Coordinator for an initial 3 month contract. You will be responsible for management, process review, contract management, scheduling, operations coordination, and road management compliance for the council's Civil Maintenance teams. Leading & managing a small works crew Contract management and procurement Performance & KPI reporting and auditing Project Management of maintenance works Site inspections & surveillance Ensuring adherence to OHS policies and practices As the ideal candidate you will have/be: A qualification in civil engineering/construction Experience /knowledge of Civil Maintenance (roads, footpaths & drainage) Experience in contract management and management of RMP compliance.
